Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Hello Eucalyptus. Because our products are fresh, perishable, and handled with care from the moment they leave our facility, all sales are final. Please read our policy below before placing your order.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the delicate and perishable nature of fresh greenery and flowers, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. Once an order leaves our facility, we are unable to receive, resell, or guarantee the freshness of any returned product.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

We take great care to ensure every order arrives in beautiful condition. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery at info@helloeucalyptus.com. To process your claim, please include: your order number, the delivery address, a clear description of the issue, photos of the product showing the damage or condition, and a timestamped photo of the shipping label and box (if applicable). Claims submitted outside the 12-hour window may not be eligible for resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances: fresh flowers and floral arrangements, greenery and foliage, custom or personalized orders, sale items, and gift cards.

Care Responsibility

We are not responsible for any damage or deterioration that occurs after delivery. Please follow the care instructions on our website or the instructions included on your package to ensure the longest possible life for your flowers.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier once your order has been shipped. If your order was dispatched on time but arrived late due to circumstances outside our control — including carrier delays, weather, or logistical issues — we are unable to offer a refund or replacement. We recommend placing time-sensitive orders 2 days in advance to account for potential delays.

Scent

Like all natural fragrances, eucalyptus scent is perceived differently from person to person. While we take great pride in the quality and freshness of every bunch we send, scent intensity is something that differs from person to person and space to space. For this reason, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements based on scent-related concerns. If you have questions about a particular variety's fragrance, we're always happy to help you choose the right one before you order.
