How do I place a bulk order?
A: It's easy! Simply add the items you'd like to your cart, choose your delivery date, and make sure your order meets our $129 minimum. That's it!
What counts toward the $129 minimum order?
A: Any items from our store count toward the $129 minimum — not just bulk greenery or garlands. Mix and match whatever you'd like!
Can I order for multiple events at once?
A: Yes! Just keep in mind that if your events are on different dates, each delivery date must meet the minimum order separately.
How far in advance should I place my order ?
A: We recommend placing your order as soon as possible to ensure your preferred delivery date is still available. We ship via FedEx overnight, so your order arrive fresh! Just make sure to schedule your delivery two days before your event — for example, if your event is on a Friday, aim for a Wednesday delivery. For Saturday or Sunday events, choose Thursday as your delivery date. Once your order arrives, keep it stored in a cool place until the big day!
Can I edit my order after it's been placed?

A: We do not ship to Canada at this time. We currently only ship to the 48 contiguous states.

How should I store my my greens when they arrive?
A: For stems, fill a bucket with a few inches of water, cut the ends of the stems, and place them in the water. Keep them in a cold place. For garlands, simply keep them stored in a cool place until your event.
Will my order be fresh in time for my event?
A: Yes! We ship via FedEx overnight so everything arrives fresh. To keep it that way: place your bulk greenery stems in water as soon as they arrive, and keep your garlands in a cool place until the event. Both will be beautiful for your big day!

When will I receive my tracking number?
A: No need to worry! For bulk and garland orders, your tracking number will be emailed to you one day before your delivery date. If you haven't received it by 5pm Pacific Time the day before your scheduled delivery, just email us and we'll get that sorted for you!
How do I add a gift message to my order?
A: Click the cart icon at the top right of the page. Once you're in the cart, scroll down and you'll see a "Gift Note" section located just above the checkout button. You can enter your personalized message there!
